Last heard, they are processing April 30th 2001 for RIR.
Anyone who knows further info, pls post :)

Come on guys, Is no one filing for Labor from NJ? Am I the only guy around :( Please post ur experience and the latest dates. Thanks :)
 
NJ labor

I call NJ SESA last week. I came to know that my attorney didn't file my case under RIR which she had been telling me so far. I got my case no. My PD is 4/27/01 under non RIR. They were processing 4/16/01 that time. Anyway calling did help as they told me that they are sending me a RPE on a simple matter. I did explain it to the officer handling the case. He said he is satisfied but I need to send it in writing. Thats all ....

Do they give information to the employee ?
I was under impression that only Attorney or the Emp can talk to them..

I did not knew that one could contact NJ SESA. Can you please provide the number. What information does one needs to give to get the case details ??

Also any news whether NJ SESA has started processing May 2001 cases. The DOL site gives an April 30th 2001 date, however, I have a feeling that they might be processing 1st week May cases. Any news from the attornies on this account.

The no. to call NJ SESA is 609 292 2900.
You need to give employer name, phone no., alien's name etc.
They talk to employer or the attorney only. I was able to talk to them because my employer called and he told them to talk to me as his representative. The last info I have is that last week they were processing RIR cases of 4/30/01 and non RIR of 4/16/01

NON-RIR: April 19th 2001
RIR: April 30th 2001

So officially we have not yet moved to May 2001 :(
How looooooong its gonna take!!

I have filed my labor in EB2/RIR on 30th of April 2001 and I talked to Labor dept and they said they are still working on my date and I couldn't get any info more.

Delaware DOL update

I Spoke with Delaware DOL person - They are still processing last week of August applications and it will take two weeks for them to finish August applications. :(
 
NJ LS Processing

Any idea what Priority date NJ DOL LC is processing. I understand they are currently processing 31st April 2001, is my impression true ??

Sorry for the typo..I meant April 30th. Can anyone confirm that DOL NJ is processing April 30th.Any idea on how many cases they have at hand for April ??
 
Any developments NJ LC Processing

Are there any developments for NJ DOL Processing. Are they over the April 30th Hump?? Can someone please check the Voice Mail message which should have been updated on Dec 1st as I do not have the phone no.

No update. Normally Sesa will update on first working day.. This month they didn't update..

One strange thing , every day Sesa is processing some applications, I never heard any one got an approval (or not even single message about this in this forum..

My request to the member of this forum is "Please post your your experiences and any informations that you know about this". This will help each other..

My PD is 11/15/2001.. Long way to go..

I agree if someone has already received information from SESA, or should you know of anyone, please post your message on your forum as it will provide us some idea of which PD is SESA processing and its speed.

Also folks I just filled in the petition (see the first post in the forum) to be sent to Important personalitites. All of us must fill it up as RS Khanna is doing it for great cause (ie. our cause). Lets support him
