re Thanks for reply. I did get entry stamp, but it is empty (no information for visa type, months allowed to stay). The officier did not fill in any information. It was 4 years ago. We do not have any supporting documents. I exited at border. No stamps from the the country entered (Mexico).

I have my FP done in early August, but the AVM is till 975-999 days...... I had the similar situation duing I140 petition. I got RFE and replied, but the AVM never changed until approved. I guess the sequence of updated AVM is based on the last name. My last name stared with "Z".
