Mine transferref to Tucson office too My case I485 ND 11/21/2002 has transferred to Tucson office on Jan 16 2004. My wife's case transferred in July to local office. I don't know what these people are doing. Please inform about any updates

CSC REDUCING BACKLOG I have a feeling that CSC is reducing its backlog by transferring cases to the local offices. Hopefully this will speed things up. What do you think?

You don't need visa You heard wrong. My sister has US green card and she visited me twice with that. Even she did not carry her passport. So, dont worry. If you have green card you wont have any problems.

Don't worry I don't think you need to worry about returning USA, because they dont ask you about your status in Canada, even if they ask you can tell them that you are returning back to USA. Everything is legal. I entered USA with H! visa couple times without any problems. Once you landed...

Nope. wrong info Please be careful. Canadian immigration does care about your status in USA. They want a valid I-94 before they process any of your request at the consulate. That happened to me. Thanks
