Please HELP ! Can I go to india and come back on H4 while my premium processing for h4-h1 is in process..... What are the risk involved. As the company won't be sending me the approved H1 to india. what happens if I come back on H4 and my I-94 is stamped after my H1 is approved in US.

No Title You might want to check using the telephone number of your company because I had the same problem I was using tax id but was not able to find my case but using phone number in the email I was.
