I made an enuiry on Jan 07 as my ND was 06 2002 and still not approved. Wesbite said a letter was posted on Januar 13 2005. Actual letter was posted on Jan 25 2002 and was received by me on Jan 27 2005 and says the following : "Petition is still pending, a request has been forward to supervisor."

Has anyone taken appointment with INS for pending 485? If so, what questions did you ask the officer? Was he helpful? Any thoughts are highly appreciated. Thanks Zc58888
