Hi All,
I have a job opportunity to move to Chicago from Dallas (TSC), which I believe comes under NSC. Do you think the move would have any adverse affect on my 485 processing time? Job is similar as described in Labor. Wish to use AC121.Your inputs are very valued.

Thanks
PD: 12/99
485 ND: 06/02
FP: 07/02 expired.
EAD: applied for third one in 03/04. 2nd one expiring on 07/04

I don't think it will automatically transfer your I485 case to NSC. I moved from VSC zone area to TSC zone area, but my parent company location is in Detroit and my case is still with NSC, as they sent my 2nd FP notice last month. On few cases they transfer to local INS office, in that situation it all depends, when they schedule your interview.

Will there be any adverse affect on my case processing? Please respond & thanks for your reply.

No adverse affect

I think it does not have any problem to move and change job using AC21. I did that (from NSC to VSC) and waiting for aproval.
Do not worry
