    10X, I will have it translated. I live in Rishon Lezion, not far from Tel Aviv (15 minuts drive). The only consulate in israel which deals with immigrant visas it's the one located in Jerusalem. Never been in America.. Although i have a nonimmigrant visa (which i never used).
