My Fee Bill was generated on 8/16. I am hoipng the lawyer will receive the fee bill by early next week.

What is DS-3032 ? Should we expect this from NVC ? My case was created on 8/4 ? Till now did not heard from NVC ? Rdb

Mine NVC case was created on 8/2. Since then it is the same message.

Mine says the lawyer will be notified in 6-8 weeks. rdb

Sachingp, The message says "Please allow 6-8 weeks for the lawyer to receive the notification". Rdb

sachingp, Do yoy know what happeends after the case is created ? My case was created at NVC on 8/4/2004. Do I or my attorney will receive any information ? If so how long it usually takes. Thanks, Rdb

snm65, My I140 was approved on 7/12. NVC received my case on 7/21. They also told me that it will take 6-8 weeks to create my case. rdb

snm65, I called NVC and talked to the live operator. She said the case was received on 7/21/2004. The case is not entered into their system yet. It will take few days to weeks to enter the case into their system. I have updated my details in www.cptractor.com Hope this helps.

Here are my details: I140 Approved on 12th July 2004. NVC received the case on 21st July. Case is not yet created. Opted for Chennai, trying to change it to Montreal(I have received the canadian PR card).
