Here is my case :
I140 approved 12July2004.
Case was transfered to NVC. NVC created a case and yesterday we received the Fee Bill. The case number starts with MDR(means Madras).
But during my I140 pending stage, I got canadian PR card. And I am now looking for options to get the consular done in Montreal.
My attoney says, she has never seen this type of case, and is not willing to say to go/not to go to Montreal Consular.
Anybody in this situation or heard of this situation, please help.
