Gurus please help MY wife's ead has expired on this 26th feb . We want to renew it now as there is no sign of i-485 approval soon . I am the primary applicant IS it advisable to go to local INS office & apply in person . Can we get it faster this way? RD 11/01/01 ND 11/21/01...

My EAD will expire tomorrow . SO If i get an approval tomorrow which would be great!!! then you have a point there. ;)

I am usually a very silent reader of this forum but "begging" comment has touched my last bone…. Begging is what you think all of us are doing here by asking them to adjust our status then f**k the GC & go back to your country of origin where you do not have to beg for living? I am ashamed...

I don't think tt that approvals are in the order of rfe received ... It is still random but the trend i see that RD & ND are taking preference.

LOST EAD I lost my wallet & my EAD card . Any one has any idea what is the procedure to be followed like informing INS... applying agian etc..

8 weeks... lawyer responded RFE on 6th Nov. Status was updated that INS has received my response on 22th Nov. Still waiting wac-02-045-5XXXX

RFE on Saturday Hmm... Rfe issued on Saturday that is interesting .. INS even do not work on week days ... looks like INS is working overtime to issue RFE..
