Question for gcDrone and James Smith Guys, How long after the PAcket 3 has been generated does it take NVC to actually send it out? Can I assume that after the packet is generated that it is immediately sent out? I asked the NVC operator and she told me that they do not have a "Sent...

Update #2 I-140 AD: 12/26/2001   NVC RD: 01/18/2002 NVC IV Case Created: 01/23/2002 (petition entered into the system), I also got my case number from the NVC operator. Like before, I got this info. from the NVC operator, AVM not updated yet.

AC140 - Not available for Canada My attorney has indicated to me that AC-140 is not possible for Canada.
