No Title About 25% percent of people with ND between Jan-Apr 2001 have current PDs, many are already approved and I don\'t know a single case of them receiving employment RFE. So, my opinion is that recent PD means no RFE, old PD may or may not trigger RFE depending on the mood of the INS...

Doesn\'t look too bad a) as far as i know there\'s no need to start GC for the same job as H1 b) if somebody messed up the employment letter, this can be corrected. Good luck and let us know when you get the paper.
