Vine, your PD on that site is after ND!?!

Also only 2 out of 10 mentioned their PD. Folks, pls put the PD! There are many discussions about this, but still the most likely reason for employment RFE is old PD, so PD is a very important piece of info!

About 25% percent of people with ND between Jan-Apr 2001 have current PDs, many are already approved and I don\'t know a single case of them receiving employment RFE.
So, my opinion is that recent PD means no RFE, old PD may or may not trigger RFE depending on the mood of the INS officer.
With such different opinions, PD is even more needed, to see who\'s right. Doesn\'t hurt to write the PD there.
