No Title Insufficient documents and random sampling are the two most reasons for rfe. Other reasons you mentioned usually require diligence by INS staff and based on the # of staff they have, are less likely.

I was issued an RFE ( for paystubs) during 485. I replied the RFE and the AVM says that INS has received the reply. How much time does it take from here? Any ideas? Thanks!

RD 4/18 and still waiting WAC-01-214./ EB2/ RIR Have lost some hope lately seeing approvals for much younger guys. Maybe the INS is racially adjudicating cases ;-( peace and good wishes to everyone.
