Just got fax inquiry response My attorney just got a response from fax inquiry which she did 2 weeks ago. It is said: "In adjudication waiting for decision." Does anybody know what does it mean? Does that mean the case has been assigned or not? WAC01-265******* RFE replied: 08/2002

I applied by myself. How big is the chance that INS issue me the card if I go earlier? If my EAD card expires and I still can not get the interim EAD, can I still work?
