CSC INS Sucks.Read the story....

Did they deny iEAD ?
I am so surprised. Where SJ or SF ? And any reason given? So far I had taken for granted iEAD.
Also INS had issued me a RFE for EAD renewal and asked me to provided I-140 approval notice. The question is why does INS need me to provide them a copy of a document which they themselves created? And, if thats a necessary doc why can't they include it in the required docs in I-765 form so people can avoid RFEs ? Strange are ways of INS and they dont care how much anxiety this causes to the applicants.

Yea they denied iEAD.
I had sent in my app, and 3 months later I had no news. So I started looking around (thats how I discovered this board). Then I found out that EAD's were taking long in general, so I didn't bother oh well. Then 3 months after everyone else got their EAD, I started getting worried. I called INS, and IIO tells me, there was an RFE, you'll get it in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, no RFE, so I called again, IIO tells me, it's pending wait. After a month, IIO tells me that application is assigned. After another month IIO tells me it ain't assigned wait. So I hung up called again, so another IIO tells me, that we sent RFE, you never replied so we're gonna cancel it.
In the meanwhile I went to get iEAD, and they denied it because they thought there was RFE out on it. (I hadn't gotten any RFE all thru this ordeal).
In the end I wrote to senators, one letter a day until they replied. And finally I got the approval (EAD) without any RFE's.
My guess is that some fat ass idiot INS person was sitting on my app and not bothering about it.
I hope 485 would be easier than that.
