So, I married a US citizen and we're going through the my immigration process.
Unfortunately, we put the date our marriage certificate was ISSUED not the day the judge "hereby decreed" we were married... will that be a big issue?
Btw, it was issues on June 29th, but it says he decreed it on July...

I just meant the medical examination done by a civil surgeon and ignore that. Sorry my husband is the one that posted the original question, and dunno why he added that in. Getting the exam done in time is NOT a issue :)

Also I just got married 2 weeks ago, and someone told me that you had 90 days to send in the forms form when you got married, NOT by your legal stay date... is that true?
I'm sending out my I-485(with adjustment as married to a US citizen) as my legal stay is over in less than a week, and the papers are all in order - except my birth certificate. So my two options now are:
1)Overstay slightly, get the birth certificate and the civil service exams done, then...

Under the "Application Type", there doesn't seem to be any option for someone who is a wife/husband of a current USA residence (who didn't enter as a K-1).
The closest seems to be option B:
