Under the "Application Type", there doesn't seem to be any option for someone who is a wife/husband of a current USA residence (who didn't enter as a K-1).
The closest seems to be option B:
"My spouse of parent applied for a adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigration visa catagory that allows derivative status for spouse and children."
Any ideas?
Also, there's this thing other thing that you're suppose to fill out that says:
"Give your name excatly as it appears on your Form I-94, Apprival-Depature Record"
But i'm canadian, and we don't have those... so do I leave it blank or just put in my full name anyways?

I can see now that that's the right one... why do they have to write it in such a confusing manor... sigh I hate filling out forms
