    FP ahead of the scheduled time in Dallas

    I did go early for my FP in Dallas. The ASC I visited was the one on marsh lane.I did not have any problem. It was on a saturday at about 11 am.

    Re-use of co-worker's approved I-140

    May be not. I know that you can use co-worker's labor for applying 140 as the labor is not specific to the person, but is specific to the job.I believe that 140 is specific to a person.So, you may not be able to use it to file your 485.
