My friend apply to remove he is conditional green card, but they call him for another interview. My question is that possible if he failed will they take back the green card. What is chance to pass the interview?? Thanks

Like i said i did wait 10 months after interview. All you can is call and infos passes. I did 2infos passes so is my lawyer. And i called more thant 100 times. There is nothing you can do beford the first 6 months. Then after 6 months you can contact the congressman. But before the 6 months all...

It is better to wait and get your 10 years. I did wait 10 months. A friend of mine is going to second interview for is 10 years. Is scared to death if they take it back.

To jackolantern I have last month i received a RFE. And i sent it back to them 2 weeks ago. No im so broke and i just lost my job cause my work permit expired. I filed for new one and that still pending for 2 months now. My life is so mess up i just want to kill my self

yes my wife us citizen filed for me. We had interview on february 2011, since then nothing from uscis
