    No Title I think the source is (not sure) http://www.lewslaw.com/US_Immigration_Updates.htm The number in INS\'s web site include all I485 cases(including those in local INS office). And the number here is the I485 in CSC. I don\'t see any conflict in the number.

    No Title Thanks gus for the encouraging comments. I really need that. I\'ll keep my fingers crossed. Good luck to us all btw, my FP was scheduled on 9/6 and I did it on 8/6 (one month ahead).

    guys, Called IIO, ND 4/11, RD 3/23, FP 8/6 found that FP result is transfered to system 2 (she said that FP is received on 9/4 with WAC number) How far away am I?

    I don\'t think this it true Go to Ciba\'s list, you\'ll find this is not true. At least for now. PD for all EB are current. But for family based AOS, it\'s a different story.

    No Title when we apply for the EAD card, we\'ll submit a FP card of the index finger (you can do the FP by yourself). We still need to get FP notice for FBI FP checking.

    No Title My EAD was approved on 5/23. I got the card yesterday. I think INS is sending cards approvaed in May.

    180 days rule,RD or ND?

    No Title If you study the original text of the law, you\'ll find that the 180 days should start from the day the mail is delievered to INS(which is RD or even earlier). My attorney also think it\'s RD.

    FP notice

    Does anybody know approximately how long is the interval between batches of FP notice? I see people with ND 3/01 still waiting for the FP notice. Our ND is 4/12/01, can I expect my FP to be issued in the next batch?
