TSC might transfer you 485 to local office if you call I called in April and TSC transferred my case to Dallas office on 4/30. Nothing happened since then. I don't know what unlucky 2001 filers can do? No one looks at you case if you don't call. They tell you to wait if their processing time...

I have the same RD(7/12/01) and ND(8/28/01). FP is 5/16/03. Nothing happens yet. I think we have to wait until TSC has a new processing date to call.:mad:

I am in the same situation RD 7/12/2001, ND 8/28/2001. Called several times between last Dec and March. Every time the IIO requested FP for me and asked me to wait, but nothing happened. Never lucky enough to find a GOOD IIO to schedule FP mannually. :mad:

I experienced the same thing. When I called on 12/16/2002, I was told my name was put on a report. A program will run it to generate FP notice. Nothing happens since then. But I do have a friend who got FP a week after calling just before Christmas. It is frustrating. My ND 8/28/2001.

No Title where did you get 42,994 pending I485 by 12/2001 at TSC? I saw it was 69,653. Did I misread it?

lawyer said it doesn\'t matter My wife\'s first name is misspelled on her AP. My lawyer said it doesn\'t matter. he faxed TSC a letter for correction and suggested to show the copy of that letter. But we don\'t plan to travel out. So never know it is OK or not.
