I have not seen any changes on the RFE status and it has been almost 9 days since they got it. I am not sure if this is because of the visa retrogression, which has affected my priority date or is just the procedure. If anyone has any knowledge about this plz let me know! thanks

I am sorry to hear that. The retrogression affected my case to. Is your brother currently in the US? I am not sure if the interview process is the same between someone who is in US and someone who is outside.

RFE was about medical, I-693. It could have been avoided.

I know about the forum that you are talking about. I am not filing for EAD for some time. I hope that AOS applicants will be interviewed next year even though PD is not current as on of members who wrote in that forum wrote.
