For Hariyog and DTW01 dtw01 and Hariyog, When you were interviewed, what were you told to wait for? were you given any indication to wait for FBI name check clearance? What was the reason stated for pending approval? Thanks

Haraputta- Thanks for your reply How long have you been waiting, and do you know how much wait is usually involved? I guess this process is different than Fingerprinting, but for getting the Finger Print results, we can call FBI. Is there any number we can call to check the status for this...

Some update from my side too I got a call from my lawyer informing that Detroit INS is working on scheduling the interview sometimes in December. They have not sent a notice yet, but are working on that. I asked so I should expect interview notice pretty soon, and she said 'Not pretty soon...

UIC Grad, Did you also go for interview at Local INS office in Detroit? How long did it took you to get interview letter after you rec'd the transfer notice. I don't know about 485detroit, but iamok went for interview on 8th august, and had approval letter in hand on 13th august. Hope this helps.
