    rejected fingerprints

Thanks for the reply Bobsmyth. I hope they accept them. I had troubles with when they "roll" the finger. The "flat" print was fine, but when they were rolling my fingers that is when the computer kept on saying "reject". How long does it take for the FBI to pass the fingerprints?

    rejected fingerprints

Hi all I just recently had my fingerprints done. A few were rejected when the technician was doing them. Now does this mean that I will have to redo them? I asked her what the problem was and she said that my prints were worn away (I do physical labor). Do the FBI need all 10 prints?

    from frustrated to confused

No I'm not waiting for a decision. I was in the interview queue (ironically I received a response to my service request today dated 12/16 and it says I'm in a queue awaiting an appointment) and I'm assuming that when my case was assigned an officer a week or two ago they (USCIS) realized my...

    from frustrated to confused

So I have already received the Yellow Letter ( over 2 months ago), so what happens now. I was close to an interview now I have to do Biometrics, does this mean that I have to wait (potentially) 5 more months? Or will they receive the Biometrics and schedule the interview? I previously stated...

    from frustrated to confused

Either way I need to do them again. My frustration is that I have been told different things. I had my prints done in August 2009. So I understand why they would want me to do them again as it has been 13 months since I last had them done but USCIS could at least be more cohesive with the info...

    Frustrated

My local office is Philadelphia. I have called the 1800 umpteen times too. I have been told three or four times that I am in the interview queue and then they tell me that they are waiting on my fingerprints to clear, only to have me tell them that "I opened a service request several months ago...

    Frustrated

Well I'm over two hours away from my D.O. so infopass isn't as easy as it sounds. I am trying to be patient however, I received the yellow letter over two months ago and keep being told different things from the 1800 no. Plus, I am of the understanding that you can get the same info calling the...

So I contacted USCIS yesterday and did get some info. First I was told they were waiting on my name check to clear. Then I was told that they were waiting for my fingerprints. I told them that I did a service request months ago and was told that they were reusing my prints from I-751. The I.O...

about to be outside of processing times

I applied for N-400 in July. I have a priority date of July 30th. A month goes by and I opened a service request for my biometrics as I never received an appointment letter. About a month goes by and I call the 1800 number to see if there is any info re my service request. They tell me that they...
