Hi Guys!!! my girlfriend has previously been married with a guy from Lituania from 2002 to 2007 (he got his GC thanks to this marriage), and now we are thinking to start the process for my GC.... but im REALLY worried they could think its a sham marriage because she is doing the same...

Yes, of course im gonna tell her to start paying taxes...if she had now this would be MUCH easier. As far as i know she will need to attach a letter explaining why she hasnt filled taxes? (and yes, we have a joint sponsor)

Hey everyone, i have a question.... My girlfriend is a dancer at clubs/bartender and she gets pay cash, so she hasn't filled taxes the last 3 years....to the goverment she is unemployed...I really dont know which explanation she could give about not filling taxes.... Will we be able to go...

Guys, i don't wanna be delusional, i'm quite sure this won't happen, but i think with all this 2012 lottery mess the 50k visas won't be issued, PLUS many of the applicants lost their numbers, they just forgot they applied for the lottery, and since this time letters by postage won't be sent they...

The link that was sent through email a month ago to retrieve the CN doens't work anymore... I wonder if they cancelled the redraw...
