thanks raju, one more thing. if one has 2 or more visa numbers while staying at the same location (h1 extended twice and staying at same city), then how would you put that. does one rewrite the same location twice with different h1 visa number.

srm, from the post, it appears tsc is trying to see if there was any violation of the h1 visa. it has nothing to do with the issues such as gc for future job, etc. however, this does not appear to be a major issue and with proper and good attorney response, i think they will approve. good luck.
