Approved On 11/26/01 as per AVM RD 2/9/01 ND2/19/01 I-140 CP Me and my husband got approved on Nov 26 as per Avm. For my son the message is" I 485 received on...".Last week when i called IIO ,our cases were under review.140 was approved for CP.It took exactly 2 years to complete...- Sunitha nareddy

VSC Back, RD 17th Jan- Spoke to IIO-12.30-
Talked to IIO RD2/9 ND2/19 My husband is primary applicant.I talked to IIO to day morning about my case around 8.15 a.m. She told me that my case is under review ,it will take 30-45 days. Avm still says "case received....". I asked about my son\'s case too.That is also under...- Sunitha nareddy
