VSC Back, RD 17th Jan- Spoke to IIO-12.30-

I tried second time about few minutes back to check whether VSC is back
on track and spoke to a nice IIO, she said my Case is under review and
can expect a decision within two weeks.Jan guys Pull your socks up.

AVM Message changed after speaking to IIO

My AVM changed on 15 th Oct.

For me and my wife, but for my kid it is still " case not found" never spoke with IIO. Best luck to you ggreddy

Talked to IIO RD2/9 ND2/19

My husband is primary applicant.I talked to IIO to day morning about my case around 8.15 a.m. She told me that my case is under review ,it will take 30-45 days. Avm still says "case received....". I asked about my son\'s case too.That is also under review.But AVM says case not found.Our I-140 are approved for CP.Anybody knows how long it will take if the case is under review?.

I called IIO yesterday she replied to wait for another 30 to 60 days.
Same old story I get when ever I call IIO.
This is my 4th time taking to IIO.
