Job Description vs Job Requirements Job Description can differ beacause it will be specific to the job you are doing - like working on some product in your company. I believe job requirement has to be similar - like what kind of technologies are needed. Is this correct?

No Title Thanks for responding. I have one more question. Let\'s say you don\'t have H-1 visa stamped on your passport. You only have valid H1. Can you enter US with H1 and I-485 receipt or you still have to go to consulate to get H1 visa stamped on your passport to enter in US?

Gurus, If a person is working on H1 and has a valid EAD, but the EAD is not used. Can you travel on AP without using the EAD? Does anybody have this kind of experience. Please answer. Thanks bhoj
