    ND JUL 6, 2000 waiting My ND (EB2 INDIA) is July 6, 2000 with no RFE. Whenever I call up IIO, the same answer is given, "pending". Last time I called the IIO, he really got angry and told me not to call within next 60 days. Now I have stopped calling IIO. It is really frustrating

    My I 485 (EB2) rd is July 6, 2000. It is still pending with no RFE. Each time, I call up IIO, the standard answer is given, call after 2 weeks. Anybody in the same boat ?
