ANY JULY 2000 ND pending

My I 485 (EB2) rd is July 6, 2000. It is still pending with no RFE. Each time, I call up IIO, the standard answer is given, call after 2 weeks. Anybody in the same boat ?

Don\'t waste your time

Don\'t waste your time calling them up. Simply enlist the assistance of your Senator\'s office - it\'s a free service offered by them - and should get the ball rolling. I\'m a Nov2000 applicant, and got my passport stamped today. No reason why you shouldn\'t have gotten you by now.
