It looks like I\'m the only one left here.
RD/ND June 2000
RFE 20th July. Still Waiting.
Called IIO last week "Case is with the officer it takes from 2 to 4 weeks".
it sucks.

A lot of people like me still waiting for approval.

My RFE was issued on 08/09.
Mailed on 08/21.

INS still hasn\'t confirmed they have recieved it. :(

8 more weeks from when?

Hi Rita - did IIO say 8 weeks from the date INS acknowledged receipt of response on 8/13/01 or 8 more weeks from when you spoke to IIO, i.e. 9/13/01?

8 more weeks from Sep. 23rd actually. Please read the details

We called up on Sep. 13th and the lady said we should hear something within 10 days. We called up again on 23rd (because we wanted to decide if we should file for our EAD renewal or not). That time the IIO said it\'ll take 8 more weeks. I really don\'t know what they are waiting for. sigh ...

It has been more than 90 days since the reciept of my RFE... It is 2 years now since the initial reciept of my I-485 application. No company name change, no mergers. Still Pending... I don\'t know why it is taking so long.
 
My lawyer just asked me to give her "the most current paystub"

But I did print out 3 months\' of my paystubs to her.
