My friend is a greencard holder and becomes eligible for U.S. citizenship in 2017. By that time his daughter will be above 18 years but still under the age of 21. His daughter will be leaving US in 2014 for higher studies...

In Birth Certificate name is without any commas like
Name1 Name2 Name3
Name1 - Last Name
Name2 - First Name
Name3 - Middle Name
How can I request USCIS to interpret Name1 as Last Name as there are no commas on the Birth certificate?

Hi,
On my wife's GC, "PR Since Date" was printed wrong.
We got GC in 2007, where as the card shows that PR Since 2002.
Do we have to report this issue or just ignore it.
Since it has been 2 years since we got the card, will it be a problem?

I am sure the Passport office will change my Name as in Birth certificate.
But How about changing in GC? Will they create any issue?
Simply filing I-90 to change name will solve the issue?
