    Ojonuba: yes, they have a 15 month rule(something about your biometrics being valid for 15 months). I have seen more than two cases like yours. I had similar experience.     @Ojonuba: were you fingerprinted recently? If you were fingerprinted in the last year or so it is likely that you won't get a FP letter at all...and just get your interview letter. Disclaimer: I am not an attorney.I am one just like yall, sharing their experiences.
