    After 12 years in this country with: two F-1\'s, one EAD, two H-1\'s and one RFE, my I485 was finally approved on 8/24. It been a long and bumpy road really! My friends, patience pays! Good luck, and God\'s speed! EB3 Other RD 6/00 ND 7/00 RFE (rec 7/18, sent 8/13, approved 8/24)

    what does the AVM for receipt of RFE say?

    Hope you\'re right! My RFE was issued on 7/18 and received by INS on 8/13. I will begin checking the first week of next month.

    No a problem at all.. Just go ahead and apply for the 485. I was in the same situation. Am waiting for 485 approval right now. It was never a a problem as long as you company writes a letter explaining the merger.

    PD versus ND @ VSC

    Folks, it appears to me that PD is taking precedence over ND in the recent month. What do you think? If ND is being considered (I think it is) then its only secondary to PD. Am I right?

    No Title It would be comforting if you go with the h1 renewal receipt. If you have to go tomorrow, you can ask your lawyer to send you just a FAX copy of the receipt so that you can present to them.
