485 question

Hi, I filed my 140 in VSC this Jan. However, my company got merged after that. Then i moved to CA working for the company who actually bought us before my 140 got approved. today, my attorney informs me that my 140 in VSC was approved. Do you think that i can continue file 485 in VSC?

No a problem at all..

Just go ahead and apply for the 485.
I was in the same situation. Am waiting for 485 approval right now.
It was never a a problem as long as you company writes a letter explaining the merger.
