    I would recommend bringing your mother back through a Non-Busy Port of Entry where officers might be more lenient (For ex: Newark,NJ , philadelphia,pa..) on the GC Flap . You shoud definitely avoid ( JFk, Chicago, Detroit, LA, SFO)

    I-130, I-485 etc... the usual but bit of a mess !!

    Overstaying is not an issue for Immediate Relatives Category ( Spouse , parents ...). Please use the I-130 Approval to file the I-485 and attached documentation to the USCIS Chicago Lockbox.

    I would not recommend using any handwritten W-2 forms. Keep her income as "0" if you donot have any proof of income like " Tax filing , official W-2 forms , 1099 ..." . You can also go to the local IRS office to request a Tax Transcript for the last 3 years which can be used in lieu of the W-2...
