AOS and Medical examination

Hi Folks,

My husband will be applying for GC for my in-laws when they come here in a couple of months. So we are in the process of making sure we have all the required documents before they arrive.

Could they do their medical exam in India with a Consulate approved doctor and bring over the sealed envelope that we can use here for applying I-130 and I-485?

You will need to get the medical exam completed for parents in the U.S by a USCIS approved doctor.

No, only ages birth to 17 years. http://moscow.usembassy.gov/vaccinations.html also a doctor has the right to request you an individual waiver for your medical condition.

Your husband is planning to apply for a VISITOR to do an AOS BEFORE they arrive in the US. It is misrepresentation to enter on a B2 visa with the intent of remaining. They should do it legally and file for CP.
