After FP, ND 3/12/01 I did my FP on 7/20/01 and the result was forwarded to VSC by FBI on 8/16. However when I checked the VSC AMV, my case still can not be found. Has anybody had the same situation? ND 3/12/01

No Title I did manually too. It took 26 days for the result to get to VSC, but the quality is better according to FBI officer. The wired thing is when I called up VSC, the AMV still says my case not found. ND 3/12/01. Anybody has similar situation?

EAC 01-113 has been approved March 1 RD/ March 13 ND starts with EAC 01-123. VSC should process March cases very soon (maybe NOW since there are lags )

are you the primary? Have you submitted your wife\'s birth certificate and marriage license? I cant think of anything else other than these. Please keep us posted once you get the letter.

too early It took 26 days for my FP(ink one) to get to FBI and I was told this was not unusual. Give it more time!

I heard the same story in this board. She sent her EAD renewal and triggered the 485 approval. VSC returned her EAD application, but she did not mention whether the check for EAD was cashed or not. Even it was, it is still worthwhile.

No Title Have u called FBI to find out? I called FBI and was told that my FP was forwarded to VSC 26 days after I did it (regular ink one). I asked specifically that if my FP was eligible and they said yes. Given that I did not committ any crime, I guess it should be OK.

FP missing Immimatter, Have you checked with the ASC about whether they sent your FP to FBI? I know from this board that someone\'s FP was missing because the INS guy forgot to sign his name on it. Did you do the electronic one or the regular ink one? I did my regular FP on 7/20 at Norfolk...
