"FP returned to INS"

I and my spouse did my FP on Aug 15th. Today I called up INS and the Liason Officer told me that mine and my wife\'s FP were "returned" to INS on Aug 16th.
Does it mean our FPs has been processed OK?

Have u called FBI to find out? I called FBI and was told that my FP was forwarded to VSC 26 days after I did it (regular ink one). I asked specifically that if my FP was eligible and they said yes. Given that I did not committ any crime, I guess it should be OK.
