You only need photos if you reside overseas.
The affidavit letter do not have to be notarized but I think it is best to do it. I will sent my I-751 in 2 week. :)
Here something may help you.
Things you need to include on the affidavit:
• Person's full name, address and perhaps telephone...
My Sister applied last year to remove the conditions in her PR and received a letter valid for one year but it expires in April this year. What should she do?
(Excuse me for not open a new post but I do not know how)
Thanks
I have a friend who married a Costarican lady and they are living there now but they wan to move to USA. She have a B2 visa. The question is If they move here she can apply for her GC through married a US citizen (I-130, I-485, G-325, I-765, I-864)?
THANKS
Hi Zumrad,
I received my temporary GC on June 07 just like you through married a U.S. Citizen and I went to visit my country in Agosto/07 for three weeks without any problem, and later in February 08 I went again for one week. I was out of status for 9 years. So you can go visit your country...
Definitely every experience is different but you have to know that having the GC through asylum, must be very careful when you have to travel to the COP. That is what I think.
Thank you very much for sharing your experiences.
