I still haven\'t got the EAd approved , ND is MArch 30. Talked to IIO once and was told that it will come soon. Any of you in same boat?

Since EB3 is fast approaching the same PDs as EB2/EB1 will ALL the EB3 cases that were received during August-SEp 1999 due to "Everybody being Current" be processed as per receipt date BEFORE EB2 cases?

Is your original offer open? What is the ND? Normally last 3 paystubs are needed and status is nopt a problem. And GC is for future job. But I\'m not sure for hoe long you can be safely without a job on AOS?

Guys you are ignoring one factor. EB3 is moving very fast this year . every month 3-4 months of case load are getting addedd. This is bound to delay unless they have priority for EB2?

Any of you got EAD recently? Will you please update me hoe much time is\'s taking for applications filed recently? Is it same 60-90 days or better than that? I saw some postings who got EAD in 4 weeks or so.
