Since EB3 is fast approaching the same PDs as EB2/EB1 will ALL the EB3 cases that were received during August-SEp 1999 due to "Everybody being Current" be processed as per receipt date BEFORE EB2 cases? I don\'t mean to offend any EB3 guys , just cusrious?

I applied for EAD in MArch end and still waiting. As per my understanding , EAD process became fast recently and VSC was approving within a month. Any of you have applied around MArch end/Approved recently please post. Tahnks

No Title Is your original offer open? What is the ND? Normally last 3 paystubs are needed and status is nopt a problem. And GC is for future job. But I\'m not sure for hoe long you can be safely without a job on AOS?

No Title Guys you are ignoring one factor. EB3 is moving very fast this year . every month 3-4 months of case load are getting addedd. This is bound to delay unless they have priority for EB2?

Friends, Any of you got EAD recently? Will you please update me hoe much time is\'s taking for applications filed recently? Is it same 60-90 days or better than that? I saw some postings who got EAD in 4 weeks or so.

No Title You have come such a long way! Are you gettung paid by your company? If so then wait for a month to see whether INS clarifies the rule. Another questuin in my mind is will it matter whether you are out of job for a month or two ? Since they might ask for last 3 paystubs? Status is no...
