thanks for the help. When she goes to prove that in 2 years, what is her burden of proof? She will have no proof of any life together from now till the two year mark. We got married last year and have been married for a year, and she got approved for the GC May 8th.

awesome news guys, we got an interview letter today! I was not expecting it so soon. Interview is for 05/07. Application was received on 2/13 by uscis. And nothing updated online to reflect this.

case status online only shows one day after fingerprints are done. I-130 status usually does not show

we were told it was a mistake, but it does not hurt to go anyway just to be sure

still not up there, but case is moving along with fp just done.

we got a notice for a biometrics appt on 3/14 then a week later got a notice for same appt on 3/21. I called uscis and they said just show up to the first one and bring documentation concerning the error. Has this happened to anyone else?

thanks. when checking on the status of the green card though, ie the 485, do you check the local centers? We are hoping to get the GC in the mail in 6-7 mos for federal school loan purposes
