Bobsmyth, For the question dealing with things like ACD and Deferred prosecution... "have you ever been placed on a rehabilitative ..." Should the answer be YES or No for someone who got deferred prosecution without pleading guilty (or even admitting guilt)?

I have the same question. How can I get "receipts" from Georgia. I hope people are not just saying things that are impossible to obtain. I just wonder how a dmv will send a receipt for a ticket from 4 years ago. I have been calling all numbers but no one seems to know how to do it.

Andy, Have you received your 2004-2007 transcripts? How long did it take? I just did it through the automated system yesterday.

Bobsmyth, I came to US at 24. But did not get GC until I was 33. Does this mean that should have done selective service? Do I need a letter for Selective Service?

Is it Transcript or Tax Account/Transcript? I have just gone through the automated system. One of the option is "request for transcripts of past returns"... Another option is "request for tax account and transcript"... which one do we need for interview?
