Just checked the AVM, My case has been approved Yesterday. My details: EB3, PD: 01/98, ND:02/2000, FP: 04/01. RFE for 325 A form. RFE received by INS on 07/19. Case approved: 08/14.

Case approved Just checked the AVM, after posting the previous message. My case has been approved on Aug. 14th.

I saw couple of approvals, but they haven\'t had any RFE against them I am waiting too, RFE received by VSC: 07/19, EB3, PD: 01/98, ND: 02/00. Talked to IIO last week, he gave me standard answer- wait for 30-60 days.

No Title For me RFE was mailed on 07/05, after almost 1 month, I had already replied to that, it is for G-325A (Biographic) form.

No Title Mine is with officer for last 3 months, on 6th. of this month he had issued a RFE, but it is still in VSC mail room. It seems they have a large backlog in print/mail room.

No Title I did change address and notified INS, I called them again and verified the address. In my case they haven\'t send the RFE even after IIO has resquested 3 weeks back, I talked with the lady at VSC yesterday and she told me that RFE has not yet been sent.

PD: 01/98 ND: 02/04/00 EB3, Talked with an IIO in afternoon and was told that a RFE was issued today. Does anyone has any idea how much time it usually takes to get the RFE once it is issued? Any input is appreciated.

No Title Bhanu, What if someone goes back to his/her origin country after earning 40 credits? Is he/she still be able to get SS checks?

No Title Congrats, Bhanu, Can you tell how much time it took for approval once it was assigned with an officer. My case was assigned on 1st. May and it is not going anywhere. Thanks,
