No Title you should be fine. No need to worry if you are expecting GC soon. If you have done FP or your case in sep - oct month you should be fine. Law 2045 have been passed. it is just that they are waiting for guidlines. you r ok.

If i take leave of abscence from my sponcersd company and start working for another company on EAD how it would affect my GC processing. Assuming that sponcering company gives me employement letter and pay stubs. etc. 1- How does INS know that i am started working on EAD to some other employer...

No Title I think you can work with any new company on EAD and let ur GC keep going with original company. GC would not be affected by your staying with this or anyother comapny.
