No Title According AVM it\'s taking 365 to 540 days. Based on my ND, it\'s already 519 days. So I am going to wait until end of this month and planning to call INS after the completion of 540 days . May be they could give some favorable answer if I call after 540 days. (just a guess)...

No Title Looks like my case is also in the same situation. ND 8/1999 and FD 7/2000. No response on my case. Whenever I calls INS they says it\'s pending. I see guys with ND in Sept & Oct getting approval recently.
