No Title Same here. ND Dec 99 RFE recieved by INS - May 2nd(RFE was for Employment letter) Talked to an IIO this just now and she said the case is with an officer and should hear in about 30 to 45 days. Just frustated and waiting patiently.

No Title I think you have a point here. I don\'t know how far this theory will hold good but is true for me. I recieved RFE for recent employment letter and had changed my address while my 485 was pending. Hope this wait will end soon.

No Title I guess you can send them the w2\'s for the last two years. It gives them how much you made for each year. I beieve that\'s what they are looking for. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!

No Title Congratulations! Could you please post first few digits of your EAC #. My case is similar to yours except the ND is 30th December. Talked to an IIO on April 5th and was informed the case is pending. Hoping to see some light soon.Thanks for the update.
