file N-400, wait for receipt, then wait for FP notice, 2-3 wait for interview letter in Denver area then oath, probably 5-8 months process depending on your case. if simple then shouldnt take too long

when you enter your receipt number and you were able to see status but now you get an error it usually means you are going to get IL soon.

Call the same number and get to a rep. tell her/him that you sent in this form (whatever form you submitted) and have not received any case number and it has been more than 30 days. you will be transfered to IO. give your case number to IO ............................................

it was a misdeneanor. suspeneded sentence 6 months and 1 year probation. not a domestic battery, simple battery. I consulted with 3 lawyers before I filed and hey all said I should be fine.

I didnt go for another interview after I got the denial letter. I filed N-336 two days later.

unfortunately yes, it was denied. I have to go to leanthy N-336 process to show them that they were wrong.

I answered it "yes" and submitted court certified documents but not sure Y i got "false testimony / lying" decision. There in no way for me to find that out unless I file N 336
